Growing Connections. Strengthening Local Food.

2026 SOLA Food Summit

The 2026 SOLA Food Summit is a regional gathering dedicated to strengthening the local food system across Acadiana and South Louisiana. Over two days, farmers, growers, food businesses, nonprofit organizations, educators, government agencies, community leaders, and local food advocates will come together to share ideas, build meaningful partnerships, and advance solutions that support a stronger, more resilient food economy.

Through engaging keynote presentations, educational workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, collaborative conversations, and guided farm tours, attendees will explore topics such as local food production, market access, sustainable agriculture, food entrepreneurship, community health, and regional food system development. The farm tours will provide a unique opportunity to experience local agriculture firsthand, connect directly with producers, and learn about innovative farming practices while showcasing the diversity and innovation of South Louisiana agriculture.

Whether you are looking to expand your business, connect with new partners, discover valuable resources, or learn from industry leaders, the summit will provide practical knowledge, meaningful connections, and opportunities to strengthen your impact.

Join us September 13–14, 2026, as we celebrate the people, partnerships, and innovation shaping the future of food in South Louisiana and work together to create a more connected, sustainable, and prosperous regional food system.
